3. Because the
Venta system not
only humidifies indoor air, but washes and purifies it
as well. This is not possible with vaporizing or nebulizing appliances.
a) Though vaporizers are very
hygienic, they can form scale, causing the machines to
"fur up" very rapidly. There is also the danger of scalding
in the event that the appliance tips over. In addition,
these units can, depending on the model, use up to 20
times as much power as appliances that operate by
evaporation.
b). Nebulizers require
cartridges to avoid white dust. Thesecartridges are
expensive and changing them can be troublesome. Only by
changing the cartridges regularly, can the user avoid the
problem of releasing lime into the room with the water
