Blueair Five-Year Limited Warranty

Blueair warrants that your Blueair Air Purifier will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase ("the Limited Warranty"). This Limited Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the air purifier free of charge, at Blueair's option and covers all components except for filters.

Your Blueair Air Purifier represents the very finest in European engineering and design and should provide many, many years of service. However, there are certain conditions that must be met in order for your warranty to remain in effect.

These warranty conditions are as follows:

Your Blueair Air Purifier must: · Have the filters changed every six months, and owner must maintain and may be asked to provide copies of receipts demonstrating that filters have been changed at the designated intervals;

• Be used in accordance with the instructions furnished in the Owner's Manual;
• Be operated in the United States or Canada;
• Be connected to a proper power supply;
• Not be misused or abused, and;
• Not show evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, modification or damage. In addition, any and all repair work must be performed by an authorized Blueair Service Center.

This Limited Warranty is provided by Blueair and contains the only express warranty provided to you.

In the event of a malfunction or failure of your Blueair Air Purifier, call 1-888 BLUEAIR (258-3247) to obtain a return authorization number and instructions to return your unit to the nearest Blueair Service Center. Within the first 30 days of purchase, Blueair will pay the shipping charges to and from the Service Center. After 30 days, Blueair will pay only for freight charges to return the unit to you following repair or replacement.

BLUEAIR DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATION AS TO SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PREFORMANCE, QUALITY AND ABSENCE OF HIDDEN DEFECTS, AND ANY REMEDY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WHICH BUT FOR THIS PROVISION, MIGHT ARISE BY IMPLICATION, OPERATION OF LAW, CUSTOM OF TRADE OR COURSE OF DEALING, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, BLUEAIR FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, EXPENSES, INCONVENIENCES, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, SECONDARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OWNERSHIP OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS
